I cut it up, so not I used boneless breasts and didn't brown them beforehand and I have to say this NEVER happens on Skinnytaste, I made this last night yum, tender and just fell off the bone. Meat was moist, I probably could have left it whole. My husband hates chicken thig. Hi Gina.

Is this freezer friendly? Alternatively, skip browning and add chicken straight to a 6-quart slow cooker. Love all the beautiful colors too. Just wondering about how much your eight chicken thighs weighed. If I use boneless chicken breasts what setting and how long in the crock pot.

Cooking on the stove differs from the crock pot, liquids evaporate quickly on the stove where as in the slow cooker nothing evaporates. There will be plenty of liquid once it starts cooking.
This looks amazing. Also added some red pepper flakes and Aleppo pepper, which gave it a nice heat. We like things spicy!!!. You also may need to reduce the sauce a bit more since frozen chicken releases some extra liquid into the sauce!
