A small batch cask strength bourbon that comes from barrels that were originally selected by the late Master Distiller Booker Noe hence the name it delivers on every level. It became available to the public in and bourbon drinkers all over instantly fell in love with this big burly bourbon that is chock full of flavor and kick. In my opinion this is the most intensely flavorful of the bunch and clocking in between and proof it also packs the biggest punch. NOSE This is a great classic bourbon nose. Caramel, vanilla, oak and that wonderful bourbon spice. The rye comes through in a big way along with notes of pepper, cinnamon, mint and cloves.

Today, the Bourbon Trail is like Disneyland for adults, whiskey festivals draw crowds of thousands, and they all line up for photos with the Master Distillers. This can all be traced back to Booker Noe, the grandson of Jim Beam, and the first true star of the bourbon world. Under pages, it does leave the reader wanting a little more, but I can only imagine you felt the same when you spent time with the Big Man.
