CLOCKWORK by Philip Pullman | Kirkus Reviews

A brilliant children's fairytale - equal parts scary to sweet, and should keep the parents enthralled at the same time. I class this gem from Philip Pullman as a perfect tale: superbly constructed, with engaging characters and pace and tension that steadily ratchet up and hold you spellbound to the last.
