  1. Gin Stevens does a fabulous job of covering the how-to's of fasting and is straight forward about what she found that works versus other authors' recommendations. I am so excited. I found it interesting that she lost much of her weight on HCG diet and the 5 bite diet that was a new one for me but is using this book to promote OMAD as weight loss diet. All you have to do is learn how to "delay, don't deny.🦵
