In the time since their last cookbook, The Art of Eating Well, came out in June , sisters Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley have had more column inches than most. They were lambasted for their expensive ingredients lists, propensity for soaking nuts and for banging on about bone broth ; but they were also praised by thousands - and many have since followed them in this - for their healthy approach to living, through a balance of eating simple, unprocessed food and slow living.
