Ivy and the Inky Butterfly: A Magical Tale to Color by Johanna Basford, Paperback | Barnes & Noble®

Ivy and the Inky Butterfly will be released worldwide in just one week and I have been lucky enough to be sent a copy of the UK and US editions by Johanna Basford in order to write this comparison post for you all. You can read my review of the contents of Ivy and the Inky Butterfly, including my mental health recommendations here for the UK and here for the US edition. You can find my Unboxing videos for both books and silent video flick-throughs on my YouTube Channel here. I have a question, according to bookdepository is the US version only grams. A big difference, almost grams less than in your review. Maybe they made a typo or they have a different US edition than you have? The size from both, US and UK differents from your measurements.

  1. The dragon image below was coloured with Derwent Inktense pencils, leaves and trees but there are so many other things interspersed that you can certainly give your green pencils and pens a bit of a rest and start learning all sorts of techniques to really challenge yourself and make things look realistic if you wish!
